In today's human rights study in China，there are three umbrella names for the woman，children，the old，the minority and the disabled，etc. They are Ruoshi Qunti，Teshu Qunti and Teding Qunti. There is no objective criterion to identify which group is vulnerable group and the emphasis of weakness will go against the protection of their dignity. Teshu Qunti emphasize the differences with the general groups and the differences are often weaker than others，so it will also cause bad feelings. Given this，we should rename the Ruoshi Qunti and Teshu Qunti for Teding Qunti. The appellation of Teding Qunti shows the significant advantage in the objectivity，equality and openness. Also it fits the spirit of human rights protection.
