Along with the globalization，labor migration has become a universal phenomenon that every country has to face. It is not easy to manage this phenomenon effectively against the background that rights of migrant workers are fully respected. With the Exit and Entry Administration Law promulgated in 2013 and the Regulations on Administration of the Entry and Exit of Foreigners to be amended，this paper intends to clarify the international standards on safeguard of the rights of migrant workers by conducting a thorough study and analysis of relevant conventions，cases and jurisprudence，therefore serving as a reference for China on relevant legislation.
